I've always wanted to make my own clothes for my own brand. I just didn't know what that would look like, how to start, or if someone with absolutely no prior fashion industry experience could do that. How do you even come up with a brand name?
One day, in the back of a cab on Hollywood Blvd on the way to the Burbank airport, my almost wife and I were talking about my oddly specific and passionate love of ice-cold pizza – fresh out of the fridge. Our hands-free (from the steering wheel)-music-loving driver left us with some parting words that lingered with me the whole flight back to SF.
"Cold pizza would make a great rock band name"
Well, "Cold Pizza" was taken for a clothing brand. And what I truly love is Frigid Pizza.
